Multipin feedthroughs
contain multiple conductor paths or pins. The feedthroughs are used for transmission of
electrical signals and/or currents into the UHV. In addition to atmosphere side connectors,
there are connectors for both sides available for a series of feedthroughs.
The chapter includes a large selection of circular plug-in connectors with up to 41 contacts
for voltages from 500 V to 12 kV. In addition, VACOM offers compact power feedthroughs
with Mini-SNAP connectors and SUB D feedthroughs.
SUB D style feedthroughs with 9 to 50
contacts provide maximum space and weight saving. Atmosphere and vacuum side plugs
are available for SUB D feedthroughs.
