VACOM can supply gas dosing valves and shut-off valves with manual or electric drive. Depending on the model,
they are applicable for HV to UHV and our UHV all-metal gas dosing valves comply with the highest standards of
reproducibility and precision.
Soft start and soft vent valves are especially designed for use in automated systems. Using a special two-stage switch
they prevent turbulence and provide the controlled evacuation or venting of the vacuum systems.
