VACOM fibre optic feedthroughs are completely assembled with single- or multimode fibres for UHV applications down to 5.0-11 mbar. VACOM fibre optic feedthroughs are characterised by a low He leak rate < 1.5-10 mbar l/s and low insertion loss. The fibre optic feedtroughs are bakeable to 180 °C. They are available with different flanges or as weld feedthroughs. Special fibres, cables or flanges can be offered on request.
