VACOM has its own material testing laboratory including special test
equipment for metals. Amongst other equipment, a spectrometer is used
for material inspection.
We can also offer the service of chemical analysis of stainless steel,
aluminium and copper samples.
An optical durometer is also available for the quality control of
materials. The hardness test is carried out under proof load according
to Vickers. The measurement can be made on different materials - also
on thin-walled and small components.
